How I dealt with my anxiety?

Effective ways to cope up with anxiety Below I have listed all the ways that really helped me and made me better. Also, I have mentioned how it helped me. 1.     Writing down your feelings In my experience, the most effective way of dealing with anxiety is writing. I would write anything, just anything that I felt. I wrote poetry. I wrote stories. I wrote paragraphs. Whatever I could, I just wrote. This made me feel so much lighter. It was like the pain releasing my body. And now I can write for whole day and not get bored. I want to write everything I feel, whether it’s sad, happy, anxious, beautiful. It’s feels like anxiety has made me more creative. 2.     Crying My friends and family always say that I am a crybaby. I cry when even the slightest possible things goes wrong. But let me tell you crying is not bad or weak. Rather, crying actually heals. Right after I finish crying I feel so fresh. I feel like the tears have washed away all my pains...

Introduction on mental health   We face so many emotions every day. In fact, each second we feel something and it never ends unless we die and for some people these feelings are a lot bigger issue than a normal human. These feelings leads some of us into misery, physical injury and sometimes, even death. Earlier people were ignorant on these issues like, mental health and even those who were aware were too afraid and ashamed to talk about this. However, with time, we all are growing. We all are becoming more aware about these issues, we are talking more freely and most importantly, we are becoming more supportive. Mental health is a big priority these days. It includes psychological, emotional and social aspects of our life. It affects our daily life, work, study, relationship, the way we think, the way we feel, the way we act and react, and sometimes physical health.
